Bodas Road, also known as CSAH-95, is an east-west connector road in Saint Louis County. It serves local residents, some farming activity, and sportsmen. The river crossing is located on the far east end of the road, a section that sees relatively little traffic. While the road is not very heavily used, it does have a very modern bridge crossing the Saint Louis River.

The bridge appears to be a modern concrete deck bridge with the new style guardrails, much like many other Saint Louis River crossings in the area. Unlike those other nearby bridges, this one features steel girders rather than prestressed concrete girders. It is also somewhat unusual that the bridge deck is not rectangular. Rather, since the river crosses under the bridge at an angle, the bridge is built at that same angle.

The Paul Wellstone Memorial Site is located on Bodas road. It is west of the river crossing, located 3 miles east of US-53. Senator Wellstone, his wife, daughter, and a campaign worker perished in an airplane crash in 2002 just days before the national election, and just days after Wellstone voted against the war in Iraq. The memorial site marks the location of the crash just south of the Eveleth-Virginia Municipal Airport, and includes signs that interpret Wellstone’s life, career, political views, and legacy.
