Space shuttle OV-105 Endeavour on display in the Samuel Oschin Pavilion at
the California Science Center in Los Angeles, California. NASA announced on
April 12, 2011, that Endeavour would be retired to the California Science
Center. Title of the vehicle was transferred to the museum and the vehicle
was moved through the streets of Los Angeles in October of 2012. The shuttle
remains on temporary display while the Science Center builds a spectacular
new Air & Space exhibit hall to house Endeavour and its collection of
historic aircraft and space hardware.
