Space shuttle OV-105 Endeavour on display in the Samuel Oschin Pavilion at the California Science Center in Los Angeles, California. NASA announced on April 12, 2011, that Endeavour would be retired to the California Science Center. Title of the vehicle was transferred to the museum and the vehicle was moved through the streets of Los Angeles in October of 2012. The shuttle remains on temporary display while the Science Center builds a spectacular new Air & Space exhibit hall to house Endeavour and its collection of historic aircraft and space hardware.

The photo below is Space shuttle OV-105 Endeavour sitting on launch pad 39A on the morning of February 7, 2010 just minutes before NASA called a scrub on the first attempt to launch mission STS-130 to the International Space Station. This view is from the NASA Causeway 6-3/4 miles to the south of launch complex 39.
